Weekly Roster Builder
Generate a draft, review staffing and conflicts, then publish online. Drafts are hidden from staff. Generation is manual; there is no unattended background scheduler.

Permanent staff: Oktay, Robbie, Nicole, Erik and Julian are excluded from automatic volunteer shifts. Fixed shifts are counted separately from the 16-hour volunteer target. A one-week night-shift swap can be made in the draft without changing recurring templates. Review before publishing.
